Our design team gets to know a client and their design preferences, schedule, lifestyle, mechanical/architectural requirements, and budget. During this stage, we draft a floorplan based on those specifications. Once completed, we review it with the client and make changes until a conceptual plan is produced.
After construction is complete, we do a final walk-through with the client and review the various functions of the home with our expert installers. We provide documentation needed for maintenance and warranties related to the home.

Once we have a basic concept of the size, budget, and design of the home, we work to create a complete set of drawings. During this process, we hone-in on the design character and include the required information for the building permit documents.

During construction, our site Superintendent sends weekly updates with progress photos. We have on-site walk-throughs with the client to capture any changes. We give our client clear deadlines on material selections and work with a third-party inspector to inspect the work throughout the construction process to ensure the highest level of quality. These processes help us to provide the client with a stress-free building experience.
We price the project based on the set of plans approved by the County and any value-engineering ideas that could result in a more cost-effective project. Once the bidding process is complete, we provide the client with a detailed budget. When the price and schedule are approved by the client, we prepare and execute the construction contract.
We offer a design-build approach to projects. We can either take a client’s design concept and create a working set of drawings out of them, or design a custom home based on a client’s needs and design aesthetic.
Our team consists of partnerships with engineers experienced in luxury design as well as in-house architectural/interior designers, skilled project managers, estimators, and tradesmen that make the building process fun and cost-effective.
